Upper Grange's Privacy Policy

In May 2018, the original Data Protection Act 1998 was replaced by General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This had an impact on small businesses such as mine to notify users of how we collect and use their personal details. This page outlines how I do this.

We do collect information from you when you submit a contact form to us, i.e. name, email address etc. we use this information to make contact with you. In submitting a contact form you agree to us using the information supplied to contact you and also to us storing the information you submitted.

We do not collect your personal information from other 3rd party sources.

Payments

We use Snipcart as our payment processor, you can view their privacy policy here. Each request to the Snipcart API is encrypted through SSL. No credit card numbers or payment details go through our servers.

We do not use your information for other 3rd party marketing in any way.

We may use your information for a number of purposes including the following:
